Job Summary

Zidello is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining excellent communication across multiple platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, queries, and reviews professionally
  • Manage customer communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide accurate guidance, information, and support to customers
  • Assist with sales- and marketing-related customer communication
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Computer literate and comfortable using digital tools
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to handle customers calmly, patiently, and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
