We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and solution-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Duties

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist guests with booking questions, check-in instructions, and property details
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve issues
• Communicate professionally with property owners regarding updates or concerns
• Manage reservations and updates within our property management software
• Handle occasional after-hours or weekend guest needs
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during problem-solving situations

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or recommend products/services confidently
• Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances communication reach
• Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with outbound calling experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional demeanor and active listening skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy for efficient data entry and documentation
• Knowledge of call center operations, including call handling procedures and call etiquette standards
• Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during typing or data entry tasks
• Weekend availability and transportation is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
