Customer service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Timing : 07 PM to 03 AM

Job Location: Wapda Town Phase 2, Lahore

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can communicate confidently in English and adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English clearly
• Good communication and conversation skills
• Quick learner with the ability to understand instructions and adapt to new tasks
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer knowledge (email, chat, data entry)
