Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and service. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, and email.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and solutions.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
