- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- Multilingual ability is highly preferred; fluency in English is essential, along with additional languages being a plus.
- Previous experience in call center or customer support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
- Experience with data entry, typing, and maintaining detailed records with high accuracy.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is desirable.
