Customer Service Representative

Aeroship Logistics & Support Services Inc. is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our operations in Doha.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with logistics and service-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience in customer service is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: QAR20.15 - QAR35.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
