At Adara Salon, our Customer Care Representatives are the heartbeat of the guest experience. This role goes far beyond answering phones—it’s about creating a warm, seamless, and elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
You’ll be responsible for thoughtfully managing and optimizing stylist schedules, anticipating needs, and strategically coordinating appointments to keep the salon running efficiently and at its highest potential. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities with ease, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every situation.
Our ideal candidate is deeply passionate about hospitality—someone who naturally builds trust and long-lasting relationships with clients, ensures every interaction feels personalized, and handles guest concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll also play a key role in supporting retail sales by confidently recommending products that enhance the client experience and results at home.
