Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues with enthusiasm and clarity
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues efficiently and effectively
- Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer feedback to help improve service quality
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability in sales or upselling techniques to enhance customer engagement
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, especially in English and other languages relevant to our customer base
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong computer skills are essential
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide insights for service improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
