Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with diverse clients.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions or products.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client service quality.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
