Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly and effective support.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve improve overall service quality.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
