Customer Service Representative

Since 1977, Arctic Air Conditioning, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric (Old Bridge, NJ) has been dedicated to delivering outstanding value to our customers. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about HVAC products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide information about products and services
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Perform customer verifications
• Direct unresolved issues and customer feedback to the designated departments for further investigation

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• HVAC knowledge is a plus
• Service Titan Knowledge is a plus
• Strong customer support and client services skills
• Ability to type and analyze information accurately
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Experience with outbound calling is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred

Schedule

9:30am-6:00pm. Available one night a week 11:30-8:00pm. Available two weekends a month.
