Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools like Microsoft Office
  • Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and updating account details as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support experiences and share analysis insights for continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to enhance service quality

Requirements

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
  • Experience with customer service tools, CRM systems, or analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy in typing and record-keeping
