Customer Service Representative

  • Process customer requests accurately through data entry and maintain detailed records of interactions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Handle credit card transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Proven experience in customer support, call centers, or client services is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader audience.
  • Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
