  • Assist customers with sales-related questions, product information, and service options to promote client engagement and loyalty.
  • Enter and update customer data accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new services or products.
  • Manage cash handling procedures when processing payments or refunds with integrity and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.
  • Attention to detail when managing cash transactions, typing quickly yet accurately, and maintaining organized records.
