Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We need independent contractors to help grow our start up, you are expected to take calls and set up appointments for our partners and assist in any other way you can we will train you but you must have your own equipment(windows computer), you can pick your own hours but it's a independent contractor agreement position so there are certain expectations that are required. must be able to pass a background check, bilingual is welcome and we have openings for training within a few weeks.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when applicable
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services and offers
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other software tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision while maintaining excellent cash handling and typing skills
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints for analysis and quality assurance purposes
  • Provide client services that exceed expectations by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities with fluency in English and additional languages preferred to serve diverse customer bases
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services effectively
  • Bilingual proficiency to communicate seamlessly with a broader range of clients
  • Exceptional customer support skills combined with outstanding communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy
  • Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
  • Analysis skills for evaluating customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
