Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Giant of Nature Wellness Ltd. is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail or wellness environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements / Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (Arabic is preferred)
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: SAR 3,500 – SAR 5,500 per month (depending on experience)
