Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide comprehensive client support by addressing questions related to products, services, billing, and account management.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using data entry skills within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Assist with sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services to enhance their experience.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary, demonstrating excellent cash handling skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual proficiency enhances your ability to connect with more clients.
  • Proven experience in call center environments or outbound calling is preferred; familiarity with customer support processes is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor when engaging with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide clear resolutions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
