Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
Coordinate logistics and dispatching of freight, ensuring timely deliveries.
Utilize transportation management systems and GPS for efficient route planning.
Maintain accurate records of customer data and entry tasks.
Collaborate with team members to optimize supply chain processes and fleet management.

Qualifications

Strong logistics and dispatching skills
$1000 hiring bonus for canditates with 1+ years of Service Titan experience
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Proficient in typing and data entry
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
Experience with GPS technologies
