Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and product information while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Seasonal appointment scheduling for preventatives maintenances to our existing data base.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven client support experience or experience as a client service representative in HVAC/R distribution.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client services roles, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices such as Service Titan is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
  • Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Skill in monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
