Customer Service Representative

Earl’s Plumbing is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team in the Yuba area.

This is a fast-paced office role that is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, reliable, and good at keeping multiple moving parts on track. You’ll be one of the key people helping customers get scheduled quickly and making sure our technicians are routed efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and warmly
• Schedule plumbing service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Dispatch technicians throughout the day based on location, priority, and availability
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
• Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly
• Deliver a positive, high-quality customer experience from first call to job booking

Qualifications

• Must be local to the area and familiar with Yuba City and surrounding communities
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Dispatching, scheduling, call center, or service industry experience is a plus
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right person
