Customer Service Representative

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Support client services by processing orders, payments, and cash handling with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, especially fluency in English plus additional languages.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client engagement strategies.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and client services best practices is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records will support success in this role. Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
