Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and tickets, providing timely and effective support to our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

· Answering inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, technical issues, and service requests.

· Opening and managing tickets in our customer support system, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution.

· Monitoring and responding to customer emails, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

· Proactively reaching out to customers via phone to follow up on ongoing issues or to gather additional information.

· Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

· Providing product and service information to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps when necessary.

· Assisting with administrative tasks as assigned by the manager, such as data entry, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service role preferred.

· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

· Prior experience working with ticketing or CRM software a plus.

· Prior Technical experience or familiarity with VOIP technology and the telecom industry is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
