Customer Service Representative

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, daily customer order calls, document proofing, call ahead orders, proofing order sheets for sales orders; as well as other job related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
• Enter sales orders accurately into the ERP system, ensuring all specifications and information on quotes, customer POs, and sales orders are correct.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and promote customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
• Perform all other duties as assigned, approaching each task with a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
