Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via system generated calls.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Patience, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly Salary
  • Meals: One complimentary meal provided per working day.
  • Additional Benefits: Bonuses and incentive, paid leaves
  • Weekly salary will be paid on Tuesday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
