We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via system generated calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Patience, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Weekly Salary
- Meals: One complimentary meal provided per working day.

- Weekly salary will be paid on Tuesday.
