• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management in a clear and courteous manner
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools like Microsoft Office
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently when necessary
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly and enhance overall client services

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong plus
• Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
• Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
