Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will provide switchboard coverage for primary day shift, registration and admitting assistance or ER registration. Including medical codes.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for the physicians hospital bills.
• Assist customers with pre registration.
• Review and explain insurance payments.
• Corrects insurance as needed.
• Provide customer services that exceed expectations by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in a physician office or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated computer skills and insurance knowledge a plus.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
