Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic, connected and organized Customer Service Representative for our local Houston office. We are looking to hire a customer service minded individual who is dedicated, professional, empathetic and dynamic to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a point of contact for our valued customers to make sure they receive support and assistance with their inquiries. The ideal candidate will have relevant customer service experience and must be able to work in an office setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Proficiency in data entry and analyzing customer information
• Excellent phone and office etiquette skills
• Professionally present product knowledge
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour
