Customer Service Representative

DETAILS ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory: Handle inbound inquiries regarding products, pricing, and alkaline water benefits via phone, email, and video.
  • Relationship Management: Perform outbound follow-ups on leads and nurture existing client requests.
  • Technical Excellence: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and resolve logistics or billing issues with precision.
  • Virtual Presence: Conduct professional video calls with a polished appearance and high-speed connectivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a professional customer service or sales support role.

  • Education: University degree required.

  • Communication: Flawless verbal and written English (neutral accent is a must).

  • Workspace: Access to high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home office.

Compensation & Work Environment:

  • Location: Remote (Egypt based)
  • Budget: $400 per month.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM KSA time) + 4 flexible hours on Saturday.
