PriceOye is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
Locations: Sector I-9, Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Identifying and escalating issues to appropriate departments or personnel
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
