Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support through effective communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge. This role requires strong empathetic listening skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will support order processing, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with information about products and services related to order status, production information, account status and pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and valued clients.
- Take customer orders and enter orders for processing.
- Overall service of accounts to maximize sales and customer relations.
- Experience with ecommerce sales on major 3rd party sites including Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Retail Link for order processing.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Reps
- Process Returns
- Assist with general customer inquiries.
Requirements/Experience
- Experience with order entry.
- Experience with Commerce Hub / DSCO
- Strong communication skills and punctuality
- Strong organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-motivation
- Customer service experience in an office setting is highly preferred over call center experience.
- Experience with the Outdoors/Camping Industry as well at the Toys Industry is a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or account management in an office environment.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Retail Link strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and platforms such as CommerceHub / DSCO is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the outdoor/camping or toy industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
