Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and resolving issues efficiently to enhance their experience
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, and promote relevant services or products
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases to ensure seamless information flow
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and suggesting suitable solutions or upgrades
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in call center roles or customer support environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly in English and other languages as applicable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or client services is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with good analysis skills for problem-solving
- Knowledge of call center best practices, including phone etiquette and customer engagement techniques
