We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will help build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly via phone, email, establishing a friendly and professional rapport
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle sales, service appointments, and general information
- Handle customer data entry accurately into our systems while maintaining confidentiality
- Provide support for outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads or customer satisfaction surveys
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client services and timely responses
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools
- This is an Hourly and Commission Base position.
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse client base effectively
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to promote services confidently when appropriate
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or customer service in a dealership or retail setting is a plus
- Knowledge of call center best practices, phone etiquette, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs
