Customer Service Representative

UIS Insurance & Investments is looking to add an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to our team in Monroe, MI. This position serves as the primary contact for customers and assists with servicing, processing, and maintaining all related insurance policies. Strong customer service, computer, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required. This position is a service position, but will collaborate with other departments, such as Sales Producers, to build a strong and successful team environment. The position would be working within our office in Monroe, MI.
