Weststar Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage and loan servicing company, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and written communication
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Strong communication skills for both inbound and outbound interactions
- Strong writing communication skills
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to follow multiple directions given
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Job overview:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and written communication
- Prepare and forward outgoing documents
- Process incoming mail
- Conduct general office duties
- Be the first, and in some cases, only point of contact for customers
- Frequent filing of files and documents
- Daily scanning of documents and files
- Take regular courses to enhance knowledge of our industry
Job requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working for title or escrow companies, banks, loan servicing and/or call centers preferred but not required
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Business professional appearance and attitude
- Bilingual preferred, but not required
Job Type:
· Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
· Salary - $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
