Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Counter Associate to join our dry cleaning team. You will be the face of our business, ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being organized.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle drop-offs and pick-ups, and process payments accurately using our POS system. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent service and resolving issues effectively.
• Garment Tagging: Inspect incoming items for stains, damage, or special instructions. Securely tag garments to ensure they are tracked correctly through the cleanining process.
• Order Management: Organize finished garments on the conveyor or racks and assist customers in locating their orders quickly.
• Store Closing: Perform end -of-day procedures, including reconciling the cash drawer, tidying the front counter and your work area, and securing the building.
• Various: Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational standards.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
