Customer service representative

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to join a small HVAC company. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, schedule jobs, data entry.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and professional phone etiquette.
• Schedule jobs, and make outbound calls to existing customers
• Data entry

Skills

• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
• Proficiency in data entry, typing,
• Knowledge of GIS, GPS technology, and transportation planning tools to support dispatching activities.
• Experience with freight logistics
• Familiarity with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures.
• Analysis skills to interpret data for operational improvements.
• Ability to manage dispatching tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $550.00 per week
