Description

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be professional, enthusiastic, positive, thrive in a fast-paced office environment, and have outstanding attendance.

The essential duties of the Customer Service Representative position include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting Customers to identify products, and facilitating orders via phone, e-mail, and fax, for RV and residential replacement parts and products.
• Providing warranty support to Manufacturers and Dealers.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Previous Customer Service experience (call center experience is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional positive outgoing demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Energetic and positive approach to evolving changes and challenges of a fast-paced workplace.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, perseverance, and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Applications.
• Demonstrated reliability with outstanding attendance.
• Previous experience in RV Parts, RV Warranty, RV Tech, and/or RV Sales positions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is anticipated to be from $1440.00 to $1520.00 bi-weekly, plus eligibility to participate in the Customer Service team sales incentive program after 120 days of employment.
