Customer Service Representative

Senior Life Insurance Company is looking for a compassionate and dependable Customer Service Representative to support our policyholders, agents, and internal teams. This role is essential to delivering exceptional service to every policyholder and their families while maintaining accuracy and compliance in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism

Assist policyholders with policy information, billing questions, and basic claims support

Process policy updates, beneficiary changes, and account requests

Accurately document customer interactions in company systems

Follow insurance regulations and company procedures at all times

Escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of customer service experience (insurance or call center preferred)

Strong communication and listening skills

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems

Patient, reliable, and customer-focused approach
