Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Customer Service Representative to support our growing HVAC service team. In this key role, you’ll handle incoming calls, schedule technicians efficiently, and ensure our customers receive prompt, professional service. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners and field techs, making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians (Right Call Right Tech)
  • Handle call volume accurately
  • Monitor technician location to coordinate service and technician availability
  • Maintain technician database and communicate accordingly
  • Oversees equipment availability; assigns drivers, trucks, and extra drivers when needed.
  • Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years of HVAC Call Center experience
  • 1-2 years of Dispatching experience
  • Previous experience in a high-paced customer service position
  • Computer proficiency
  • Service Titan experience
***Must be available to work Monday-Friday w/occasional on call***

Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
