Responsibilities

- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
- Maintain accurate data entry records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, proofreading documents, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
- Support office management functions such as organizing files, managing supplies, and assisting with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Assist with administrative duties like typing correspondence, supporting customer support efforts, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus!
- Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems or front desk operations preferred.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and scanners is advantageous.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating strong time management skills.
