Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and in person. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will ensure every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and professional. Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing of client records
  • Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
  • Support clerical duties including typing, filing, and managing correspondence with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and uphold excellent phone etiquette
