Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to direct inquiries efficiently
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
  • Manage office operations including filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to support administrative tasks
  • Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, handling phone etiquette, and managing correspondence
  • Support office management activities like scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
  • Enter data accurately into various systems, perform filing tasks, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical functions such as proofreading, filing, calendar management, and record keeping
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on phone etiquette and providing support in a professional manner
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping, or personal assistant experience is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
