Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and efficiently check in and check out pets for appointments, surgeries, and boarding
  • Manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow and minimize wait times
  • Handle high-volume phone calls and emails while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Process medical collections, including payments and insurance documentation
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client interactions, medical histories, and laboratory results
  • Multitask effectively by answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients simultaneously
  • Collaborate closely with veterinary team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary reception or administrative role within an animal clinic preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and team members
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage high call and email volume
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining efficient clinic operations
