Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls, resolving customer issues, maintaining customer satisfaction ratings, and finding new clients to attract them to our project. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in multiple languages, have experience in sales, and possess a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
• Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
• Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
• Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
• Find new clients and attract them to the project.
• Achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in UAE
• Fluency in English/Arabic (Compulsory)
• UAE driving license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to achieve sales targets
