Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (one weekday off)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Take messages and gather information for potential insurance quotes (Name, Address, Coverages, VIN, DOB, Driver’s License/ID, household members, etc.)
• Assist with processing payments and policy endorsements
• Take vehicle photos and conduct basic vehicle inspections
• Perform daily office tasks and general upkeep
• Assist with pending cancellations
• Monitor the lobby, greet clients, provide guidance on required documents, and offer refreshments
• Handle uploads and provide general administrative support
