Job description:
The Customer Service Representative will provide essential office support by handling phone calls, data entry, filing, and setting up appointments. This individual will ensure professional communication with clients and colleagues while managing administrative tasks efficiently. They may also be required to assist in other areas as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle and route phone calls
Perform data entry tasks accurately
Maintain organized filing systems
Schedule and set up appointments
Assist in other office-related tasks as needed
Shifts:
Full-time position with an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday.
Education and experience:
Brief Day to day (not limited by tasks bellow may be required to assist in other areas)
