Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Culligan Water team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in scheduling services, answering questions, and delivering a positive customer experience!
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Schedule service appointments and deliveries
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the system
- Assist customers with billing questions, payments, collections and service inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with service technicians and office staff
- Maintain organized records and support general office operation
- Create service/delivery tickets
- Make out bound calls to schedule annual equipment maintenance
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Process customer transactions accurately, including data entry, cash handling, and order processing
If these skills describe you, you may be a great fit for our team:
- Previous experience in a residential service scheduling a plus
- Previous experience customer support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Experience with outbound calling, client services, or sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of call center procedures, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
