Customer Service Representative

**OFFICE BASED JOB, NO REMOTE WORK ALLOWED**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role requires excellent English speaking skills, sales experience, and familiarity with Coach Manager software to ensure smooth communication and operations with our UK-based customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Providing information about services, pricing, and booking processes.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assisting in sales activities by promoting services and converting inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinating with the UK office to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilizing Coach Manager software for booking and tracking services.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Offering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Familiarity with Coach Manager software is a Bonus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of coach service operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
