Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching our company. You’ll make a difference and have a strong, positive impact on the customer experience by answering questions, solving problems, and helping customers navigate our products, services, and billing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers via phone and email
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Assist customers with billing questions, service changes, new service requests, disconnects, and special deposits
  • Compile, maintain, and update accurate customer billing records
  • Educate customers about company products, services, and billing processes
  • Process service orders and account updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every customer interaction

As a recap, this role serves as primary point of contact for all new and existing customers. The CSR compiles and maintains customer billing records; assists customers with billing inquiries; and processes new service requests, disconnects and special deposits. The representative also assists and educates customers regarding company’s products/services and billing processes. A main responsibility is to answer incoming calls as well.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
