Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting our Office Manager, and other administrative tasks.
Job Duties:
- Input documentation and follow-up with customers as needed
- Assist fellow staff members with customer scheduling, invoicing, accounts payable and other clerical accounting functions as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Answer phone calls and return customer calls in a friendly manner
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to coordinate projects and prioritize task to meet deadlines
- No experience needed
